UV Resistant WATER-BASE SEALERS…
POLY LOW ODOR Single Component Primer (Low VOC): Available in gloss and satin, fast drying. Having 20-25% solids they can be used as an economical sealer in low foot traffic environments or the gloss version can be used as a primer coat prior to applying WB-P53 as your 53% solids high-performance finishing coat. Poly Low Odor can seal concrete, stained and colored concrete, pavers, bricks, and other porous surfaces.
ALIPOLY 85 GLOSS
It is a solvent free, two component, extremely chemical resistant. and non-yellowing ALIphatic POLYaspartic. It features high gloss, high build, high UV resistance, and a cure time of 4 to 6 hours, and generally returns to service in 24 hours. Contains 85% solids. It can be installed in extremely high or low temperatures and low odor being solvent free. Great chemical, scratch, and abrasion resistance.
WB-P53 Advanced Formulation (Low VOC): Available in gloss and satin. Having 53% solids it is one of the best sealers to use for interior floors and countertops. The broadness of application extends from residential floors and garage floors to high traffic warehouses, automotive shops, food processing facilities and more. Gloss version can be applied directly to profiled concrete for your sealing concrete and concrete stains.

UV Resistant SOLVENT-BASE SEALERS:
COLOR ENHANCER LOW VOC: This is a single component, solvent based sealer glaze. It comes in a gloss “WET LOOK” and satin “CLEAN SHEEN” finishes with great UV and stain resistance. This low VOC solvent base allows the material to penetrate and adhere to concrete, porous brick and tile, and most types of decorative acrylic cement coatings.
Gloss version is designed to seal and create a “wet look” on concrete, exposed aggregate, stamped plain and colored concrete, pourous brick, unglazed tile, natural slate and stone, stucco, adobe and flagstone and many other masonry surfaces. A “clean sheen” satin is also available and can be used on all the surfaces described above as the finish coat when applied over the Gloss as the primer coat.
SL-P60 Advanced Formulation (Low VOC): This Aliphatic Polyurethane is a two-component kit in both a gloss and satin option. It has 60% solids along with excellent working time and exceptional chemical and wear resistance for both interior and exterior surfaces be it residential or commercial. Gloss version can be applied directly to profiled concrete for your sealing concrete and concrete stains.

POLYUREA-80C (Low VOC): With 80% solids the gloss sealer yields a high build and slightly higher gloss than the SL-P60 along with a 40 minute working time and 4-hour set time. Excellent for a broad diverse of applications as for the SL-P60. Gloss version can be applied directly to profiled concrete for your sealing concrete and concrete stains. Also available in satin.

Granicrete SRA: Granicrete SRA is a non-polluting, long-lasting and recyclable plastic grit in two sizes that is engineered to bite into the top coat and provide slip resistance.
